On April 29, 2006 The Buffalo Bills Drafted, Donte Whitner 8th Overall Pick To Join Their Organization. And They Said He Wouldn't Make It There Either. But He Did. His First Year He Started 14 Out of 15 Games, 107 Tackles, 5 Passes Defended, and 1 Interception. But This Is Only The Beginning...

Donte Whitner Continues Grow And Mature On the Field And In The Community. While Being A Proven Leader On And Off The Field He Will Continue To Prove Them Wrong.

Donte Whitner of the Buffalo Bills Hosts His 2nd Annual Cancer Strike Charity Bowling Tournament and His 1st Annual Youth Football Mini-Camp

Donte Whitner continues to raise awareness in the community. Donte will be taking over the first weekend of June in his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Last year his grandmother was diagnosed with Lung Cancer he immediately wanted to do all that he could to help. "Getting her the best treatments at Cleveland Clinic just didn't seem to be enough." Said Donte.

Donte Whitner consistently takes the community by storm with his selfless acts of giving back. It wasn't long ago that Donte was in the same spot as the 2008 senior graduates of Glenville High School. Sitting in the auditorium on Senior Honor Day, full of hopes, dreams, and the occasional weariness of what the future holds. Donte wanted to acknowledge deserving student-athletes with a scholarship that represents more than a monetary value.
